Our company is the owner of ground area S = 17199 sqm located in village Petrovskoe, Kiev-Svjatoshinskiy district, Kievskiy region. Area is located closely to road Ð-04 Kiev – Fastov – Belaya Tzerkov – Tarascha - Zvenigorodka, 6,5 km distance from Kiev circular district, 3 km distance from new Kiev circular district, that is under construction now and according to General building plan scheduled to be ready in 2012 year. At the moment there is a project to build office building and warehouse on that area, which are already under construction and planned to be over in December 2008. Total area of the complex combining office building and warehouse is 10180 sqm.
